Oilfield Monitor LLC, is an IT company based in Texas USA, focused specifically on the Oil & Gas Industry.

Oilfield-Monitor provides a software platform based on the latest Industry 4.0 Cloud technologies tailored for operators and service companies regardless of size. With our platform, users create their own software applications, from simple SCADA to complex control and optimization tools, based on Internet-of-Things, Edge Computing, AI and Machine Learning.

The Oilfield-Monitor platform is adapted from a successfully commercialized software platform called inVIEW SCADA which is already in use across multiple industrial applications such as food & beverage, telecoms, Smart Cities and municipal water.

The inVIEW SCADA story began in 1992 in the field of industrial automation, measurement, regulation technology and industrial engineering, with numerous automation projects in a variety of industrial applications. 

In 2003 a R&D initiative was started with the aim to develop solutions that use mobile broadband and internet technologies for remote surveillance, control, and data acquisition of automation projects.

With experience gained through years of field applications, the first version of a Web-based SCADA software was developed and launched in 2007. This was used by numerous large industrial customers to remotely monitor equipment on a global scale.

After a further 3 years of development, in 2010 inVIEW WebSCADA (generation 1) was launched as a commercial software. Further generations of this software were developed as its functionalities were expended.

After successful commercialization, inVIEW WebSCADA (generation 4) was transformed into a multi-tenant multi-project inVIEW CloudSCADA solution (generation 5), which enabled moving toward SaaS and applications diversification. 

In 2017, the latest technology advances in the IT world were adopted to transform inVIEW CloudSCADA into a much broader software platform – inVIEW IIoT Platform embedding the Industry 4.0 standards, Big Data possibilities, and interface for data science and data mining toolsets. (generation 6)

In 2018 inVIEW IIoT Platform entered the world of AI applications in industrial environment with the formation of a team specializing in applied machine learning and artificial intelligence in the industry. The first AI/ML projects for clients were fully completed in 2021.

In 2020 Oilfield-Monitor adapted the inVIEW IIoT Platform for Upstream and Midstream Oil & Gas applications. Our aim is to support the digital transformation of the industry, cost-effectively bridging the gap between the IT currently being used in the oilfield and the IT available today.
